Hypnotherapy for Change - One step at a time.........
                                  Stop Smoking Now.......

If you are reading this, then congratulations on taking the first step in freeing yourself from the unsociable, expensive and unhealthy cycle of smoking.
Know that you can break this cycle and start a new healthy life as a non-smoker.
Just imagine for a moment now that you are non smoker-how would this feel and what difference would it make to your life?

Do you tell yourself -
- I enjoy smoking
- It's my "me" time
- It calms me down
- It helps me to relax
- It helps me when I feel stressed
- It’s my treat to myself

If you do, then let me help you to remove these false and limited beliefs that you have and replace them with you being healthier, happier, more confident and in control.

Did you know that when you smoke your heart rate soars and your whole nervous system is stimulated into greater agitation. A cigarette gives you a two minute fix of dopamine (brain chemical that feels good) combined with 48 hours of an agitated nervous system. You keep going back for that good feeling to counteract the agitation.... only to increase the agitation. Cigarettes hold out a promise of relaxation that they NEVER deliver!

'Hypnosis is the most effective way of giving up smoking, according to the largest ever scientific comparison of ways of breaking the habit.' - New Scientist v136

In 1992 New Scientist Magazine published the results of an extensive clinical study on the most effective smoking cessation methods.
A meta-analysis, statistically combining the results of more than 600 studies (over 72,000 individual cases) showed that single session hypnosis increased a smoker’s success chance by 1000% from 6% to 60%.
Here are the success rates for different smoking cessation methods:
60% –  Single Session Hypnosis
24% – Acupuncture
10% – Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT)
6% –   Willpower alone

My code of ethics and commitment to client confidentiality prevents me from publishing testimonials, but I am able to say that the vast majority of clients that come and see me for stopping smoking with hypnotherapy are referrals from satisfied clients.

Are there any facts I should know?

*Are you truly ready to stop? Make certain you’re stopping for yourself and you’re doing so for all of the right reasons - your own right reasons For example are you under pressure from your family or friends – or even a Doctor -hypnotherapy will not work if you’re not ready to stop for yourself!

*Make sure it is not a time of extreme stress for you ie you are not moving house, changing jobs or going through a relationship breakup etc.

*You are in control of whether or not hypnotherapy works for you. Individuals embarking on using hypnotherapy to stop smoking are required to develop from the outset a mindset in which they believe they will achieve being a non-smoker. If you go on believing it will help you, then it will!

REMEMBER - YOU ARE NOT "GIVING UP" ANYTHING, YOU ARE GAINING A NEW HEALTHY, HAPPY AND CONFIDENT LIFE!
